A short, plain-English summary while we finalize the full Terms of Service. Subscriptions are month-to-month unless you choose annual. Cancel any time from your billing portal — you keep service through the end of the paid period.

You're responsible for the accuracy of your knowledge base content (hours, pricing, service area), for compliance with calling and SMS regulations in your jurisdictions, and for keeping your login credentials secure. We're responsible for keeping the platform available and your data isolated.

We will not train AI models on your customer data. We will not share your data with third parties except subprocessors needed to deliver the service (listed in our Privacy page).
