VoiceBetts is a single-tenant service: your customer call data is stored on infrastructure dedicated to you, hosted in the United States. We do not sell, share, or use your data — or your customers' data — to train AI models, ours or anyone else's.

What we collect

Account information you provide (name, business email, phone), inbound call audio and transcripts processed on your behalf, appointment data needed to book jobs on your calendar, and standard web analytics on this site.

Subprocessors

We use OpenAI (LLM), ElevenLabs (text-to-speech), Twilio (telephony), Mailgun (email), and AWS / our hosting provider for compute and storage. We never grant these providers training rights on your content.

Your rights

Export your data any time. Delete your account and we delete the underlying records within 30 days. Email [email protected] for any data request.
